Payment

  1. For the payment of the CNY account of BOC CUP Dual Currency Credit Card or BOC CUP Dual Currency Commercial Card, the debit account can be Renminbi Savings Account, Renminbi Current Account, MTC account with CNY, HKD Savings Account or HKD Current Account.
  2. For the payment of BOCHK USD Platinum Card, the debit account can be MTC account with USD, USD Current Account, HKD Savings Account or HKD Current Account.

  4. Effective Date
    • You may make payment at anytime or set up a preset instruction to be effective in the next 45 days.
    • Preset instruction is not applicable to payment of BOCHK USD Platinum Card, the CNY account of BOC CUP Dual Currency Credit Card and BOC CUP Dual Currency Commercial Card using HKD.

Cash Before Card

  1. Deposit Account
    • For applying Cash Before Card in HKD, Deposit Account must be a HKD personal savings/current account of the applicant at one of the banks in Hong Kong.
    • For applying Cash Before Card in CNY, Deposit Account must be a personal Renminbi savings/current account of the applicant at one of the banks in Hong Kong.

  2. Effective Date
    • You may make Cash Before Card at anytime or set up a preset instruction to be effective in the next 45 days.

Transaction Record

  1. All transaction(s)
    • You may enquire the latest transaction details up to the last working day and check statements of the past three months.

  2. Payment, Cash Before Card or Cash Installment
    • You may search transaction records of previous 45 days (including today).

  3. Update
    • You can update the records with "Processing" status.

  4. Delete
    • You can delete the records with "Processing" status.

Apply Credit Card

You can apply credit card online or downloading the application form.
  1. Apply Credit Card
    • For online application, you can first select the card type and welcome gift, and then click the corresponding "Apply" button.
    • Please fill in personal details. Click "Display and Print the Confirmation Letter" link and print out the confirmation letter.
    • Please sign the confirmation letter and send to BOC Credit Card (International) Limited* with the required documents listed in the last step.

  2. Download Form
    • Please click "Download Form" button on the first page of "Apply Credit Card".
    • Please select the card type and click the "Download Form" button at the bottom of the page.
    • Please complete the form and send to BOC Credit Card (International) Limited* with the required documents by mail. (Please refer to the application method shown on the application form)

Application Status Enquiry

  1. Types of card
    • You can enquire the application status of your Main Card. Applicable card type includes HKD Credit Card, Dual Currency Credit Card, Intown Virtual Credit Card and BOC Express Cash.

  2. Application Result
    • If your identification document number registered in the Internet/Phone Banking Service is not the same as that of your card application, or you have any other enquiries, please contact BOC Credit Card (International) Limited*.

  3. Validation of the enquiry result
    • The enquiry result is based on the processing status in the past 90 days.
