- If you have registered any joint accounts on Internet Banking, you can choose Customer Name for e-Statement Maintenance.
- You can choose to receive e-Statement/e-Advice, or resume receiving paper statements/advices via Internet Banking. You can also change the language of the e-Statement (not applicable to Private Banking e-Statements).
- Once the e-Statement/e-Advice service is registered and becomes effective, the Bank will no longer mail the paper statement/advice to you. You can view the e-Statement/e-Advice through e-Statement/e-Advice Enquiry function, or download the e-Statement/e-Advice for your record.
- If you apply for the Consolidated e-Statement, all of your accounts will be listed in the Consolidated e-Statement. The Bank will no longer mail the paper statement(s) of the individual account to you.
- If you apply for the Securities Consolidated Daily/Monthly e-Statement, Funds Monthly e-Statement, Bonds/ Certificate of Deposit Daily/Monthly e-Statement and Equity Linked Investments/Structured Notes Daily/Monthly e-Statement successfully, transaction details of all securities accounts under your name will be listed in the Securities Consolidated Daily/Monthly e-Statement, Funds Monthly e-Statement, Bonds/ Certificate of Deposit Daily/Monthly e-Statement and Equity Linked Investments/Structured Notes Daily/Monthly e-Statement. The Bank will no longer mail any paper statement(s) in respect of each of your individual securities account to you.
- If you apply for the precious metal and FX margin trading account daily/monthly e-Statement successfully, transaction details of all precious metal and FX margin trading accounts under your name will be listed in the precious metal and FX margin trading account daily/monthly e-Statement(s). The Bank will no longer mail any paper statement(s) in respect of each of your individual precious metal and FX margin trading account to you.
- If you apply for the notional precious metals passbook account and structured investments e-Advices/e-Confirmations successfully, transaction details of all notional precious metals passbook account and structured investments trading accounts under your name will be listed in the notional precious metals passbook account and structured investments trading account e-Advice(s)/e-Confirmation(s). The Bank will no longer mail any paper advice(s)/confirmation(s) in respect of each of your individual notional precious metals passbook account and structured investments trading account to you.
- If you apply for the currency linked investments monthly e-Statement/e-Advices/e-Confirmations successfully, transaction details of all currency linked investments under your name will be listed in the currency linked investments monthly e-Statement/e-Advice(s)/e-Confirmation(s). The Bank will no longer mail any paper monthly statement(s)/advice(s)/confirmation(s) in respect of each of your individual currency linked investments account to you.
- If you apply for the Non-Investment Products e-Advice successfully, the Bank will no longer mail any paper advice(s) of the Non-Investment Products under your name (please click here to visit the prevailing types of e-Advice provided by the Bank). You can login Internet Banking to view the e-Advices.
- If you want to register e-Statement for the joint account, the signing arrangement of the joint account must be "either-one-to-sign" effective.
- Consolidated Statement, Securities Consolidated Daily Statement, Funds Statement/Advice, Notional Precious Metals Passbook Account Advices/Confirmations, Structured Investments Advices/Confirmations, Currency Linked Investments Statement/Advices/Confirmations, Bonds/Certificate of Deposit Statement/Advices and Equity Linked Investments and Structured Notes Statement/Advice and Non-investment Products Advice for the joint account cannot be registered via Internet or Mobile Banking.
- If the signing arrangement of the joint account(s) is/are "both-to-sign", the account(s) will not be listed on the Consolidated e-Statement.
- You may unsubscribe the electronic statement & advice by logging in to our Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, calling our Customer Service Hotline or visiting any of our branches. The Bank will resume mailing the paper statement/advice without any charges once the e-Statement/e-Advice service is cancelled.
- The e-Statement is available in Chinese and English for your selection under the e-Statement/e-Advice language setting. This function is only applicable to consolidated e-Statements, securities e-Statements, funds e-Statements/advices, notional precious metals passbook account e-Advices/e-Confirmations, structured investments e-Advices/e-Confirmations, currency linked investments e-Statement/e-Advices/e-Confirmations, bonds/certificate of deposit e-Statements/e-Advices and equity linked investments/structured notes e-Statement/e-Advice and is not applicable to credit card e-Statements and non-investment products advices.
- For the instruction of life insurance statement / notice issued by BOC Group Life Assurance Company Limited (“BOC Life”), customers are required to conduct setting through BOC Life e-service platform.
