e-Statement/e-Advice Enquiry

  1. Monthly and daily e-Statements / e-Advices will be retained for up to 18 months and 90 days respectively.
  2. Under the "Category", you can firstly select the consolidated statement, daily/monthly securities statement/ securities advice, daily/monthly statement of precious metal and FX margin trading account, credit card monthly statements or non-investment products advices, and select the account and then press "Search". After that, the relevant e-Statement/e-Advice hyperlinks will be displayed according to the most recent months.
  3. E-Statement/e-Advice is displayed in PDF format. You may need to install an appropriate software in your computer in order to view or print the e-Statement/e-Advice.
  4. For security reason, you are advised to close the pop-up window after reading your e-Statement/e-Advice. Please also print out or download the e-Statements/e-Advices for your record.
  5. Consolidated Statement
    • Please click here for the transaction code description.
    • You can inspect your monthly securities statement at "Consolidated Statement" under the selection of "Statement Type".
  6. Securities Consolidated Daily Statement
    • Transaction details of all securities accounts under your name will be listed in the Securities Consolidated Daily Statement. If the "address" or "language" setting for any of your securities accounts is different from your other securities account(s), we will provide you with a standalone daily securities statement in respect of that account.
    • If the "receive securities e-Statement" settings for any of your securities account(s) is(are) different from your other securities account(s) , we will provide you both "electronic" and "paper (mail)" securities consolidated daily statement for all securities account under your name.
    • You can change the setting in "e-Statement Maintenance" anytime.
  7. Credit Card and Express Cash Card e-Statement
    • You can view the e-Statements of your BOC Credit Card and BOC Express Cash Card accounts via Internet Banking (including all BOC Credit Cards and BOC Express Cash Cards applied via Bank of China (Hong Kong), Nanyang Commercial Bank Limited or Chiyu Banking Corporation Limited).
  8. Non-Investment Products e-Advice
    • You can view the e-Advices of your Time Deposits accounts via Internet Banking, including Deposit Confirmation, Early uplift of Time Deposit Confirmation Time Deposit Withdrawal On Maturity Confirmation, Deposit Renewal Confirmation, Deposit Maturity Instructions Amendment, Deposit Auto-renewal Advice, Deposit Auto-renewal Reject Advice, Unsuccessful Auto Instalment Advice and Call Deposit Interest Details.

e-Statement/e-Advice Maintenance

  1. If you have registered any joint accounts on Internet Banking, you can choose Customer Name for e-Statement Maintenance.
  2. You can choose to receive e-Statement/e-Advice, or resume receiving paper statements/advices via Internet Banking. You can also change the language of the e-Statement (not applicable to Private Banking e-Statements).
  3. Once the e-Statement/e-Advice service is registered and becomes effective, the Bank will no longer mail the paper statement/advice to you. You can view the e-Statement/e-Advice through e-Statement/e-Advice Enquiry function, or download the e-Statement/e-Advice for your record.
  4. If you apply for the Consolidated e-Statement, all of your accounts will be listed in the Consolidated e-Statement. The Bank will no longer mail the paper statement(s) of the individual account to you.
  5. If you apply for the Securities Consolidated Daily/Monthly e-Statement successfully, transaction details of all securities accounts under your name will be listed in the Securities Consolidated Daily/Monthly e-Statement. The Bank will no longer mail any paper statement(s) in respect of each of your individual securities account to you.
  6. If you apply for the precious metal and FX margin trading account daily/monthly e-Statement successfully, transaction details of all precious metal and FX margin trading accounts under your name will be listed in the precious metal and FX margin trading account daily/monthly e-Statement(s). The Bank will no longer mail any paper statement(s) in respect of each of your individual precious metal and FX margin trading account to you.
  7. If you apply for the Non-Investment Products e-Advice successfully, the Bank will no longer mail any paper advice(s) of all Time Deposits accounts under your name. You can login Internet Banking to view the e-Advices.
  8. If you want to register e-Statement for the joint account, the signing arrangement of the joint account must be "either-one-to-sign" effective.
  9. Consolidated Statement, Securities Consolidated Daily Statement and Non-investment Products Advice for the joint account cannot be registered via Internet Banking.
  10. If the signing arrangement of the joint account(s) is/are "both-to-sign", the account(s) will not be listed on the Consolidated e-Statement.
  11. The Bank will resume mailing the paper statement/advice once the e-Statement/e-Advice service is cancelled.
  12. The e-Statement is available in Chinese and English for your selection under the e-Statement language setting. This function is only applicable to consolidated e-Statements and securities e-Statements, and is not applicable to credit card e-Statements and non-investment products advices.

Paper Statement Request

  1. Paper statement request is applicable to e-Statements (not applicable to non-investment products e-Advices and Private Banking e-Statements).
  2. A handling fee of HKD 50 will be charged for each additional statement.
  3. The paper statement(s) request will be posted by ordinary mail.
