  1. You can use Credit Card Account to register for Internet Banking Service. "Credit Card Account" refers to BOC Credit Card with 16-digit card number.

  1. Identification Document No.
    • Please enter your Identification Document Number used for applying BOC Credit Card.
  2. HKID Card No.
    • Please enter all the alphabets, the first six numeric characters and the character featured in brackets.
      Example:
      G123456(1), please enter G1234561
      XY234567(1), please enter XY2345671
  3. PRC ID Card No.
    • Please enter all the numbers.
      Example:
      1234567890123456, please enter 1234567890123456
  4. Other Document No.
    • Include:
      1. PRC Passport;
      2. Macau ID Card;
      3. Other Passports.
    • Please enter all the alphabets, numbers and symbols (except country information) shown on the Passports.
      Example:
      PRC Passport No. P CHN 14500837, please enter 14500837 Macau ID Card No. 3/123456/8, please enter 31234568

  1. Internet Banking User Name Notices:
    • Your User Name should be in 8-16 alphanumeric, '_', '-' or '.', and should comprise at least one alphabetic character.
    • Please create an unique User Name.
    • Do not use your internet banking password as your User Name.
    • Your User Name cannot be changed once it is created.
