Internet Banking Service Registration
  1. First time login and Registration can be performed in this function.
  2. You can use Bank Account, Credit Card Account, Wealth Management, NCB Wealth Management, CYB Wealth Management, Enrich Banking, i-Free Banking Services, Internet Banking Number, Phone Banking Number and Telephone Investment Service to register for Internet Banking Service.
    • "Bank Account" refers to 14 digits saving or current account.
    • "Credit Card Account" refers to BOC Credit Card or BOC Express Cash Card with 16-digit card number. If you hold both BOC Credit Card and BOC Express Cash Card, please enter BOC Credit Card number. If you only hold BOC Express Cash Card with 15-digit card number, please enter the digit "0" before entering the card number.
    • Wealth Management, NCB Wealth Management, CYB Wealth Management, Enrich Banking and i-Free Banking refer to 8-digit Customer Number of Wealth Management / NCB Wealth Management / CYB Wealth Management/ Enrich Banking / i-Free Banking.
    • "Internet/ Phone Banking No." refer to 8 digits or 14 digits Internet/ Phone Banking No.
  3. For verification, you need to enter the corresponding password for the selected password type.
  4. If the password type does not match, please select "Other".

  2. HKID Card No.
    • Please enter all the alphabets, the first six numeric characters and the character featured in brackets.
      Example:

  3. PRC ID Card No.
    • Please enter all the numbers.
      Example:
      1234567890123456, please enter 1234567890123456
  4. Other Document No.
    • Include:
      1. HKSAR Passport;
      2. PRC Travel Permit, etc:
        1. PRC Travel Permit;
        2. Chinese Travel Permit for Traveling to Hong Kong and Macau;
        3. Exit-Entry Permit for Traveling to Hong Kong and Macau;
      3. RC Passport;
      4. Macau ID Card;
      5. Other Passports.
    • Please enter all the alphabets, numbers and symbols (except country information) shown on the Passports.
      Example:

    • Your User Name should be in 8-16 alphanumeric, '_', '-' or '.', and should comprise at least one alphabetic character.
    • Please create an unique User Name.
    • Do not use your internet banking password as your User Name.
    • Your User Name cannot be changed once it is created.
