  2. HKID Card No.
    • Please enter all the alphabets, the first six numeric characters and the character featured in brackets.
      Example:

  3. PRC ID Card No.
    • Please enter all the numbers.
      Example:

  4. Other Document No.
    • Include:
      1. HKSAR Passport;
      2. PRC Travel Permit, etc:
        1. PRC Travel Permit;
        2. Chinese Travel Permit for Travelling to Hong Kong and Macau;
        3. Exit-Entry Permit for Travelling to Hong Kong and Macau;
      3. RC Passport;
      4. Macau ID Card;
      5. Other Passports.

    • Please select any of your HKD savings or current account as the settlement account for Internet/Phone Banking Service. Please note that the signature and signing arrangement of the selected settlement account will also be applicable for the Internet/Phone Banking Service.
    • The first 20 out of all your HKD savings and current accounts, arranged in the sequence of opening branch code, are listed in the pull-down menu.

  2. Notional Precious Metals / Premium Deposit Series accounts
    • If you have more than one Notional Precious Metals and / or Premium Deposit Series accounts, you can only register one of these accounts as an Internet/Phone Banking sub-account. Please select the suitable Notional Precious Metals and / or Premium Deposit Series account from the pull-down list.

    • Customer name registered under Internet/Phone Banking Service.

  2. Internet/Phone Banking Settlement Account
    • The account selected as the settlement account of Internet/Phone Banking Service.
    • Please note that the signature and signing arrangement of the selected settlement account will also be applicable for the Internet/Phone Banking Service.

  3. Other Account(s)
    • Investment account(s) to be registered under Internet/Phone Banking Service with the same user name. (As HKD FX Margin Trading and Currency Option Trading services are currently unavailable through Internet/Phone Banking, the related accounts will not be registered as Internet/Phone Banking sub-accounts.) Your savings and current account(s), other than the settlement account, will not be registered as Internet/Phone Banking sub-account automatically. If you have to register the account(s) and / or update your daily transfer limit, please use the Account Maintenance function on Internet Banking.

  4. Service Media
    • Both Internet Banking and Phone Banking services will be opened for you.

    • The 6-digit password currently used for the "Telephone Investment" service for login of Internet and Phone Banking.
